TarraWarra Estate J Block Shiraz is a cool climate Shiraz from J Block on the winery's Yarra Valley property. It is an elevated, north-west facing site, planted in 2007.

The low yielding, close planted vines produce elongated bunches of Shiraz fruit. These are co-fermented with a small percentage of Viognier to add perfume to the final wine. Maturation is in a mix of new and seasoned French oak.

Deep red, TarraWarra Estate J Block Shiraz has fleshy dark fruit flavours, savoury complexity and defined tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
